Our Silica Quartz mines are strategically located in the mineral-rich landscapes ensuring safe and environmentally responsible extraction. Our fully automated plant enables us to produce any custom size to suit our bulk volume customer’s requirements. Omega Minerals follows a scientific development plan that allows us to mine based on evidence and data analysis, which yields the best quality quartz. Our state-of-the-art production facilities can produce around 1.1 million MT p.a. of Quartz of all sizes.

From ore to final product, our QUARTZ is exceptionally pure
Our engineering team precisely plans the mining project for getting premium quality material. Unique granitic pegmatite rocks nearly devoid of contaminants are extracted from the earth’s surface as raw ore. The ore then undergoes a first refinement at our production headquarters using complex separation techniques, revealing high purity quartz. We have the finest mining resources primarily in Andhra Pradesh & Rajasthan regions which are known for yielding the highest grade of quartz and natural silica sand. Our cutting-edge equipment and expert geologists ensure that we only extract the best quartz material to offer our customers the highest quality quartz lumps.

The global quality requirements for High-Purity Quartz concentrates are becoming more stringent from year to year. At Omega Minerals, we are constantly improving the enrichment technology to meet these requirements. Extensive experience in the field of enrichment of quartz allowed us to create a technology that ensures high production efficiency and high quality of the final product. The Company maintains a high level of control over the production process at each stage of production, starting with the first stages of quartz ore processing and ending with the stage of packaging of finished products.
